WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and continuously developing our quality management system. You will ensure that our internal standards and external certification requirements are sustainably met and further developed. The reporting line is to the Process Improvement Manager.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for maintaining, developing, and monitoring compliance with our internal quality management system (QMS). - Management and support our ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO depending on company requirements).
Planning, coordination, and implementation of internal audits as well as preparation and support of external audits.
Training and sensitizing employees in quality-related topics.
Creation, maintenance and review of QM documentation, guidelines, and process descriptions.
Continuous analysis and improvement of our processes regarding quality, efficiency, and compliance. - Interface function between internal departments and external certification body.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Degree in quality management, engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification.
Sound experience in dealing with ISO standards, in particular ISO 9001; knowledge of other standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO is an advantage.
Confident handling of common QM tools and management systems.
Structured, analytical, and independent way of working. - Effective communication skills, assertiveness, and confident manners.
Professional written and spoken German and English skills.
