Job Summary:
We are seeking a HRIS Analyst to manage and support our global Human Capital Management (HCM) system administration and management. The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP SuccessFactors and be able to provide technical support and guidance to ensure optimal system performance and functionality.
As the HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the system is fully utilized and integrated with other HR applications, in addition to administering system updates and upgrades, developing and implementing policies and procedures, providing end-user training and support via our established ticket system, and analyzing data to support HR decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer our global HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors) including configuration, data integrity, testing, and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensure alignment of HR Data between our SuccessFactors System and other HR systems such as SAP HCM (Payroll) and timekeeping systems by performing regular data comparisons and migrations of data where necessary.
- Provide technical support via our ticket system and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, including troubleshooting system issues and resolving escalated system-related problems.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures, including system process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Analyze HR data to support business decision-making, including providing reports and dashboards on HR metrics and analytics.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new HR technology solutions and initiatives.
- Provide end-user training and support, including conducting training sessions and creating user manuals.
- Ensure data privacy and security, including monitoring system access and compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
- Participate in special projects related to HR technology and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, or related field.
- Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRIS analyst, with experience in SAP SuccessFactors required.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in data analysis, system configuration, data migration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices preferred.
- Preferred SAP SuccessFactors certifications on the below modules will be added advantage:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruitment Management (RCM)
- Performance and Goals Management (PMGM)
- Time Off (TO)
- Onboarding / Offboarding (ONB / OFB)
- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations and compliance requirements.
- Should have worked on at-least in one implementation project.
