Join Our Core Team of Specialists

We are seeking qualified professionals to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and documentation on our sites.

1. Safety Officer (m/f/d)

• Your Role: Ensure occupational safety on our industrial construction sites (electrical & piping). Conduct safety briefings, monitor compliance with legal requirements (ArbSchG, DGUV), perform site inspections, and act as the primary safety contact.
• Your Profile: Technical training or engineering degree, ideally with a SiFa or SiGeKo qualification. Experience in construction site safety and sound knowledge of German safety regulations. Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

2. Quality Assurance Officer (m/f/d)

• Your Role: Supervise and ensure quality compliance during electromechanical and piping installations. Conduct inspections, maintain quality documentation, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Your Profile: Technical training or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. Initial experience in QA, knowledge of standards (e.g., ISO 9001, DIN), and a structured, responsible working style.

3. Document Control Manager / Construction Commercial Assistant (m/f/d)

• Your Role: Manage and archive all project documentation (drawings, reports, records). Support project teams in compiling documentation, ensure compliance with control standards, and coordinate document workflows.
• Your Profile: Completed commercial or technical training. Experience in document control or construction administration is a plus. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a reliable, service-minded attitude.

We Are Hiring Skilled Tradespeople (m/f/d)

To form the backbone of our on-site execution team, we are looking for certified and experienced tradespeople. Preference will be given to candidates with a Meister qualification.

• Electrician (m/f/d) – with a focus on industrial electromechanical systems.
• Welder (m/f/d) – proficient in techniques required for industrial piping and structural work.
• Plumber / Pipefitter (m/f/d) – for sanitary, HVAC, and industrial piping installation.
• Forklift Operator (m/f/d) – for efficient and safe on-site material handling.
• Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) – to support the on-site team with coordination, logistics, and daily operations.
