Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hamburg. The E-Commerce Manager:in will oversee the management and optimization of e-commerce operations to enhance online sales and drive revenue growth (own shop & marketplaces). Daily tasks include managing product listings, analyzing sales performance, optimizing online store performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The E-Commerce Manager:in will also develop and implement innovative strategies to expand market reach and improve the digital presence of the company's partnered brands.

Qualifications

  • Proactive attitude and business sense
  • Proficient in analytical skills to interpret e-commerce data, identify trends, and drive strategic decisions
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and marketplaces
  • Tech stack: Shopify, Klar, Klaviyo, JTL, Tradebyte, Mirakl - experience with some of these technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of work experience
  • Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry; knowledge of K-beauty is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and German is required
