Your responsibilities

As (Senior) Business Development Manager (all genders) you will be part of an organization that is still in the process of being established. Use your knowledge to shape our Growth Unit and actively promote the company's growth. Your tasks include:

  • Growth initiatives: development of outbound as well as inbound strategies, independent development of new customers – you know where to find prospects, when and how best to approach them
  • Networking: building and contributing to a valuable professional network – with your winning personality, you can cultivate and strengthen both internal and external relationships.
  • Market analysis: Benchmarks, competitors, trends, and digital transformation – you keep a close eye on the market, spotting shifts, opportunities, and risks early and adapting your strategy accordingly.
  • Sales management: You create pitches that deliver genuine value within the customer's value chain and finalize proposals – managing the project until it's handed over to an account manager.
Why you

Bring what makes you special. This should include:

  • You have proven success and methodological knowledge in the areas of sales, account management, project management, ideally in the digital consulting and agency environment or in a medium-sized service company.
  • You have extensive experience in the development of new customers at many levels (specialist department, IT, C-level through to purchasing). You are experienced in marketing digital projects and products as well as digital consulting.
  • You use your open personality, convincing presentation skills, and moderation experience efficiently to convince prospects of Ray Sono and our portfolio.
  • You have outstanding organizational and coordination skills and your approach is always well thought-out and structured.
  • Last but not least, you speak German at C2 level and English at least at C1 level.
