Your Key Responsibilities

  • Daily support to Circular Economy Business
  • Presentation of Circular Economy roadmap
  • Preparation of Monthly reports
  • Collaboration in CO² pricing dummy case study
  • Tracking and overwiev of Customer Projects
  • Preparation of Overviews of investigated Remanufactured Products
  • Creation of Power Point presentations to create projects summaries, new concepts implementations, status summaries etc.
  • Ensuring that data is being correctly gathered, stored and analyzed
  • Working in a cross-functional environment with different teams and on different projects as required for Small Series and Circular Economy teams
  • Creation of the Circular economy website
  • Creation and entertaining the Viva Engage Circular Economy community
  • Supporting of the Global Learning week organization regarding remanufacturing
  • Re-activating the Small Series website and ensuring an up to date status
  • Ensuring communication flow with the VLS Sustainability Team

Your Qualifications

  • You are a student, who is actively pursuing a degree in administration, sales, project management or communication
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Skilled in PowerPoint; forms; Excel, and other MS office tools
  • Attention to details, proactiveness
  • Great communication skills
  • Self and independent learner
