Position Summary:

Wir suchen für unsere Ramp Operations am unserem Standort Berlin-Schönefeld zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Mitarbeiter in Teilzeit für die oben genannte Position.

Eingruppierung gem. Flächentarif: Gehaltsgruppe AII des Gehaltstarifvertrages Brandenburg

Hauptaufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Routineüberprüfung von Informationen (Dokumente oder im EDV-System) auf Vollständigkeit im Sinne der internen Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorgaben;

- Durchführung einfacher Datenabgleiche zur Sicherstellung der Korrektheit und Vervollständigung der Informationen sowie Korrektur bei Unstimmigkeiten;

- Durchführung definierter Checks; Vorbereiten von Bestellungen und entsprechenden Verteilung;

- Pünktliche und korrekte Dateneingabe in relevante Systeme zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Zollablaufs;

- Scannen und Kopieren von Zolldokumenten; Sicherstellung fehlerfreier Kopien und Scan-Dateien sowie Zusammenfassung der Unterlagen und Organisation der Ablage;

- Bereitstellung von Sendungen zur Zollbeschau und Veterinärabfertigung sowie Durchführung derselben;

- Ansprechpartner für Behörden (Zoll, Veterinär, Pflanzenschutz) bei Problemen;

- Auffinden und Bereitstellen archivierter Unterlagen;

- Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben (Erstellen von Reports, Wartung der Bürogeräte, Ablage etc.);

- Sortieren, Vorbereiten und Überprüfen von Dokumenten;

- Überbringung von Sendungen und Unterlagen zu Zollstellen oder anderen Behörden; Erteilen/ Einholen von Auskünften zu Sendungen;

- Scannen und Sortieren von Sendungen;

- Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben entsprechend der Position;

Voraussetzungen:

- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil;

- Kundenorientiertheit;

- gutes Problemlösungsverhalten;

- Zahlenverständnis;

- gute Selbstorganisation;

- Fähigkeit, 32-kg-Pakete zu heben und schwerere Sendungen mit Hilfsmitteln zu bewegen
