Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Bank, Kasse)
  • Vorbereitung und Buchung von Zahlungsläufen
  • Abstimmung und Pflege von Sachkonten
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Berichten für den Head of Finance Europe und das Management
  • Mitarbeit bei steuerlichen Meldungen (z. B. Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung)
  • Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen in der Buchhaltung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Finance Europe sowie weiteren internen Schnittstellen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation im Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware Oracle NetSuite / Datev und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Gute Kenntnisse der HGB-Vorschriften
  • Fließendes Englisch und Deutsch sind erforderlich.
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld

Your Responsibilities

  • Carry out day-to-day financial accounting tasks (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank, cash)
  • Prepare and post payment runs
  • Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in accordance with HGB
  • Prepare reports and analyses for the Head of Finance Europe and management
  • Assist with tax-related filings (e.g., VAT returns)
  • Contribute to process improvements within the finance function
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance Europe and other internal stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial education, ideally with an additional qualification in accounting
  • Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
  • Confident handling of accounting software Oracle NetSuite / Datev and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Good knowledge of HGB accounting standards
  • Fluent English and working German for accounting is required.
  • Structured, accurate, and reliable working style
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
