About the role:

In this role you will support the CEO Communications team of Siemens in expanding the CEO's presence on various social media channels. You are at home on the internet, have a sense for digital trends, and know how to translate company content into engaging social media. You will support to grow the social media presence of a personal brand in both followers and reach.

As a working student at Siemens, you have the opportunity to actively contribute in various areas and fully apply your skills.

You'll make an impact by

  • You will help the CEO Communications team with community and conversation management, responding to comments, messages, and monitoring the social media channels of Siemens CEO Roland Busch for engagement opportunities.
  • You'll help transform editorial content into eye-catching creative assets tailored for our social media channels
  • You will collaborate with the team to analyze data and derive meaningful insights, establish benchmarks for measuring success, and report on performance
    Staying current on social media news, algorithms, and best practices, conducting research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities

  • You are currently successfully completing a degree in marketing, communication or a similar field
  • You are interested in social media marketing and enjoy staying up to date with social media news and trends
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with our online community in a friendly and professional manner

  • You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to inform decisions
    You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are fluent in English
