Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Drive technical architecture decisions for large-scale robotics systems

• Develop technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives

• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation

• Partner with Product, IT, Software, and Hardware teams to define requirements

• Mentor and develop engineering talent

• Travel up to 80% is required.

About the team
The manager leads a team of 6 engineers who will support and manages the projects independently. The team is located in EU but has a global impact.

Technical Skills:

• Systems architecture and design

• Robot Operating System (ROS)

• CI/CD pipelines

• Cloud infrastructure (AWS)

• Performance optimization

• Real-time systems
People skills:

• lead a international team

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field

• 5+ years of engineering management experience

• Deep understanding of distributed systems and robotics

• Track record of delivering large-scale technical projects

• The role is a deployment role what requires more deployment experience at construction sites as software development experience.
