Sie unterstützen unser Team als

Corporate Export Control Manager (w/m/d)
Ihre Aufgaben

  • Umsetzung der BAFA-Anforderungen für das Internal Compliance Program
  • Beratung und Schulung der Exportkontrollbeauftragten bei EagleBurgmann zur rechtskonformen Durchführung der Exportkontrolle
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Länderembargos
  • Durchführung von Sanktionslistenprüfungen
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Behörden (Zoll, BAFA / Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle)
  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung der aktuellen Gesetzgebung sowie Anpassung der globalen Exportkontrollprozesse
  • Überwachung von Änderungen der deutschen, europäischen und US-amerikanischen Exportkontrollvorschriften sowie Entwicklung, Implementierung und Anpassung globaler Exportkontrollprozesse
  • Klassifizierung von Gütern gemäß den Exportkontrolllisten und Sicherstellung der korrekten Codierung für Ausfuhranmeldungen
  • Organisation und Pflege Stammdaten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Exportkontrolle oder Außenwirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Exportkontrolle in einem Industrieunternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der deutschen, europäischen und US-amerikanischen (Re-)Exportkontrollgesetze und -vorschriften
  • Starkes Verständnis operativer Prozesse in Verbindung mit analytischem und prozessorientiertem Denken
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, komplexe außenwirtschaftliche Vorschriften in praxisnahe und rechtskonforme operative Lösungen zu überführen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP (ERP und GTS) sowie in MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowie internationale Reisebereitschaft
