Your New Responsibilities

  • Collaboration in local IT Customer Service, in the area of 1st and 2nd level support and also in the area of network and storage
  • You will be active here in the areas of office, development, sample shop, test centre and production

  • Client Management (Installation, Reinstallation, fix broken hardware)

  • IoT-, Mobile- Meetingroom- and Smart device Management

  • Usermanagment and Consulting
  • Voice Services
  • Printer and Multi-function device Management
  • Software installations
  • Ticket System

  • network / storage / cloud technologies

  • Support and implementation of global IT projects

  • Support and implementation of demand/incident/change management processes

Your profile

  • Completed degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in hands on experience in IT
  • Experience with IT Hardware and Equipment / Smartphones
  • Knowledge of demand/incident/change management processes
  • Knowledge about Microsoft client operating systems / office systems
  • Team player, ability and flexibility to adapt to change
  • Fluent German & English skills written and spoken
