Dein Spielfeld – zwischen Strategie, Technik und Teamwork

Als Product Category Manager (w/m/d) bist du der strategische Taktgeber hinter den Kulissen der Systemgastronomie. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produktkategorien nicht nur funktionieren, sondern begeistern – von der ersten technischen Abstimmung mit dem OEM bis zur perfekten Umsetzung in der Küche eines globalen Restaurantkonzepts.

Du bist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt zwischen Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, Einkauf und unseren OEM-Partnern. Du verstehst technische Details, denkst in Prozessen und handelst mit Weitblick. Wenn irgendwo ein neues Produkt eingeführt wird, bist du längst schon zwei Schritte weiter – mit einer klaren Strategie, fundierten Daten und einem Plan, der aufgeht.

Du verhandelst, analysierst, koordinierst – und entwickelst dabei nicht nur Produkte, sondern auch Beziehungen. Du erkennst Potenziale, steuerst den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus und sorgst dafür, dass Qualität, Preis und Verfügbarkeit im Einklang stehen. Und wenn es mal hakt? Dann findest du pragmatische Lösungen, bevor andere überhaupt merken, dass es ein Problem gibt.

Was du mitbringst – was dich bei uns erwartet

Du hast ein technisches oder kaufmännisches Fundament, denkst unternehmerisch und arbeitest strukturiert. Du kennst dich mit ERP-Systemen aus, sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und fühlst dich in der Welt der Großküchentechnik zu Hause? Perfekt
