Our Marketing team is seeking an
Finance Marketing Consultant
(f/m/d). This role will be instrumental in shaping how Moss communicates with CFOs, accountants, and finance leaders — turning real-world finance knowledge into impactful narratives that drive business growth.

It's a unique opportunity for a finance professional to step out of traditional accounting and help shape the future of finance software in one of Europe's fastest-growing fintechs.

Your Responsibilities

• Translate finance expertise into clear, authentic messaging that resonates with finance decision-makers across Germany and beyond.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to develop campaigns, sales materials, and competitive insights.
• Equip our go-to-market teams with a deep understanding of finance workflows, tools, and terminology to strengthen our communication with customers.
• Contribute to our narrative: help define how Moss positions itself in the market and differentiates from competitors.
• Provide feedback and insights from a finance lens to continuously improve our messaging, product positioning, and thought leadership content.

About You

• Several years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
• Strong knowledge of DATEV and ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite).
• Ideally, hands-on experience with spend management tools like Moss.
• You are fluent in both German (working proficiency) and English
• Background in finance, but excited about the commercial side — no marketing experience required.
