Aufgaben

  • Sie entwickeln eigenständig zielgruppengerechte technische Kundendokumentation für unsere anspruchsvollen Produkte
  • Sie verfassen die Dokumentation in englischer Sprache unter Verwendung eines XML-basierten Redaktionssystems
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig auf Basis Ihres technischen Wissens, Ihrer Recherche, Entwicklungsunterlagen und Produktsimulationen und führen Interviews mit internen Fachexperten
  • Sie übernehmen die volle Verantwortung für den gesamten Dokumentationsprozess – von der Konzeption und Recherche über die Erstellung des Informationskonzepts bis zur Publikation und Übergabe an die Übersetzung
  • Sie entwickeln klare Informationsarchitekturen, setzen Dokumentationskonzepte um und tragen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Dokumentationsprodukte und -prozesse bei
  • Sie treiben die Digitalisierung der Dokumentationsprozesse voran und bringen Ihre Erfahrung im Einsatz neuer Technologien und KI ein
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem Redaktionsteam sowie internationalen Teams aus Entwicklung und anderen Fachbereichen zusammen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften, technische Kommunikation oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der technischen Kommunikation und Beherrschung von Dokumentationsmethoden wie Topic-basiertes Schreiben, Single Source Publishing und Cross-Media Publishing
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in XML-basierten Redaktionssystemen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit in agilen Umgebungen, der Dokumentation von Produkten mit kurzen Release-Zyklen sowie im Umgang mit Versionsverwaltungs- und Änderungsmanagement-Tools
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ausgeprägtes technisches Interesse und die Bereitschaft, sich selbstständig in komplexe technische Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Programmiererfahrung oder Kenntnisse in einer Programmiersprache sowie nachweisbare Erfahrung im KI-Einsatz sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gutes analytisches und abstraktes Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Beherrschung der technischen Fachterminologie
