Position: Senior Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist Language: German (C1) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: Hybrid Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 09:00–18:00 Salary: €23,000 gross per year Job Description A Senior Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist is sought to support the optimization and performance improvement of digital advertising campaigns for German-speaking clients. The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads and a strong analytical mindset. Key Responsibilities Optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns Monitor and analyze campaign performance and KPIs Identify optimization opportunities to improve ROI Ensure compliance with platform policies and quality standards Provide performance insights and reporting Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet targets Mandatory Requirements German C1 Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in digital marketing or performance optimization roles What Is Offered €23,000 gross annual salary Hybrid working arrangement Stable Monday–Friday schedule International and performance-driven environment Long-term career opportunity
