Position: Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time, hybrid work mode/ Mon-FR 9-18 Remuneration: Base salary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customersCreate keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestionsGather and analyse data at both account and campaign levelCreate reports to support or aid the optimization strategiesUse optimization techniques and work aligned to customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile and VideoIdentify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunitiesMaintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policiesDemonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement. REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in German (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)Minimum 1-2 years experience in Digital marketing roles Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc.)AdWords Search fundamentals certified - will be considered as an advantage Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)Technologically savvy and strong interest in new digital marketing trendsThe ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, process and policy informationDemonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detailStrong work ethic with constant focus on qualityAble to work independently and as a part of the team.
