Description Were looking for a driven operator and client growth strategist who thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments. You should be excited to dive into every part of the TikTok Shop ecosystemviral content, affiliate marketing, offers, and operationsand be ready to wear multiple hats. This role demands someone who embraces challenges, thinks creatively under pressure, and pushes for excellence in everything they do. The ideal candidate is passionate about TikTok, great at building client partnerships, and has the grit to chase ambitious growth goals. Responsibilities Build long-term partnerships with clients, setting realistic but ambitious expectationsAct as the primary POC and trusted advisor for client relationshipsProactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell agency servicesOwn and deliver client projects on time with excellenceEducate clients on TikTok Shop ecosystem and growth leversManage and motivate a remote team of shop assistants, ensuring high-quality executionReview work, provide feedback, and maintain high performance standardsDesign and execute growth strategies that drive GMV for clientsAnalyze content and competitor landscapes; identify what wins and whyCraft creator briefs across top-funnel education and bottom-funnel conversion campaignsDevelop affiliate criteria and manage affiliate recruitmentBuild and optimize offer/promotion strategiesTrack KPIs, report results, and iterate quickly to maximize growthStay ahead of TikTok shopping features, tools, and trends to unlock new opportunities What Success Looks Like Managing a portfolio of 58 high-value clientsDeep, trusted client relationships (best friends level)Anticipating and preventing churn with >95% accuracyDriving meaningful GMV growth across all client shopsTraining future growth hires and stepping into a leadership role Qualifications 2+ years experience in TikTok ShopObsession with TikTok, creators, and consumer behavior on the platformExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsStrong analytics mindset; able to interpret data into growth strategiesExcellent project management and organizational abilitiesHustler mentality: thrives in startup mode, resourceful, and thrives under pressureRelentless pursuit of excellence and a bias toward actionWillingness to learn fast, iterate, and never settle for good enough
