Contact Centre Agent – German Speaking Location: Malta (On-site)Start date: 15 February 2026Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 09:00–18:30 (8-hour shift basis) We are hiring German-speaking Contact Centre Agents to join an international team on-site in Malta. This is a long-term opportunity with a clear salary progression, relocation support and performance-based incentives. Requirements German: C2 (native or near-native)English: C1Availability to work on-site in MaltaCustomer-focused mindset and strong communication skills Salary – Call Centre Agent Rates Month 1: €5.60 per hourMonth 2: €8.10 per hourAfter probation: €8.50 per hourAfter 12 months: €8.75 per hour (performance-based)After 18 months: €9.20 per hour (performance-based) Additional Benefits Performance bonus: up to €2,000 per year (pro-rated quarterly, eligible after 6-month probation)Language allowance: €250 per month (after training period)Relocation allowance: €2,000 (eligible after 1 month of employment) What is offered On-site position in MaltaMonday to Friday scheduleStable, long-term projectInternational working environmentRelocation support Interested?
