As a Facilities Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk, you will oversee daily operations related to the facility, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and optimize resource utilization. Responsibilities include managing facility maintenance, coordinating with vendors, monitoring budgets, and supervising the work of maintenance personnel. Additionally, you will ensure that the facility aligns with the company's operational needs and sustainability goals.Experience in facility management, building maintenance, and property operationsStrong organizational and project management skills for overseeing daily operations and coordinating with vendorsLeadership skills for supervising maintenance staff and ensuring quality and efficiencyProficiency in working with budgets and financial aspects of facility managementKnowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and sustainability initiatives in facility operationsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredExperience with procurement processes and vendor management is beneficialMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
