As a Senior Consultant, you act as the technical driving force behind complex customer engagements, translating solution architectures into robust, scalable implementations. (Senior) Technical Consultant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Location: Am Erlengraben 3, 76275 Ettlingen, DeutschlandWork closely with internal project teams, customers, and partners, acting as the primary technical point of contact for assigned engagementsOwn and lead technical project planning for assigned scope, including estimations, feasibility assessments, dependencies, and risksDrive and define solution and architecture design, translating business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable implementation conceptsEnsure the customer's technical environment is enabled to meet deployment milestones and solution requirementsTake end-to-end ownership of assigned implementation areas, ensuring adherence to architecture, best practices and project goalsProvide technical leadership and mentoring to (junior) consultants throughout build, test and deployment phasesLead solution validation activities and ensure customers fully test and understand solution capabilities within project scopeOwn and drive issue resolution including hands-on correction, re-design/re-build, change management, and coordination of bug reporting and escalationsLead production rollout activities including technical migration, hypercare, handover to support and project closeoutBachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experienceGood knowledge of professional services delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ability to lead technical delivery within these frameworksStrong experience leading customer xgcbozq discovery, technical workshops and requirements analysisDeep technical expertise in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g. Java, .NET, Python, PHP) with architectural understandingAdvanced experience with ESB / digitalization platforms and middleware-based solution architecturesAdvanced knowledge of deployment and integration environments (APIs, containers, operating systems, databases, networking, virtualization, cloud services)Proven experience in troubleshooting complex issues, performance tuning, and escalation managementAbility to mentor and guide technical delivery teams and ensure adherence to architecture and best practicesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket); experience with design and project planning tools is a plusFluent Business English required; additional languages and international project experience strongly preferred
