The Hamburg campus offers part-time Master's degree courses and continuing education modules with a university certificate.Your tasksIn this positionYou are the first point of contact for our users - on site and by phone - and use your expertise to provide fast and solution-oriented help in everyday IT workYou play an important role in the IT support process: you categorize tickets in the central ticket system, taking into account the ITIL-based IT processes and their prioritizationYou create and continuously develop user documentation. Through improvement, adaptation and new ideas, you ensure that our users always receive the best possible supportYou look after our presentation and event technology and ensure that everything runs smoothly - from the technology in the meeting room to large-scale eventsYou are actively involved in IT projectsYou work closely with external partners (SaaS, managed services, system houses) and maintain clear, comprehensible IT documentationTogether with the team, you keep our diverse IT landscape running. This includes: Microsoft Windows servers/services (M365 and on-prem), Linux systems, database applications, VMware infrastructure, Microsoft Azure and AVD, storage solutions (e.g. DataCore) and backup systems (Veeam, Microsoft)Your profileIn addition to a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) (or equivalent), you already have experience in user and IT support - ideally in the Microsoft environment - and are familiar with the support of M365 environmentsIdeally, you have already worked according to ITIL and feel comfortable in heterogeneous IT landscapesTerms such as Microsoft 365, PowerShell, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server and Linux are tools you are comfortable withYou have strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as a high level of quality awarenessYou are enthusiastic about technology and quickly familiarize yourself with new IT areasNo matter what the topic, technical or not - you live & love the idea of service and adapt to your counterpartGood reasons for applying to the NordakademieFor a work-life balance that suits your life, we at NORDAKADEMIE offer flexible working hours and the option of mobile working, whether full-time or part-time.
