Bitte lesen Sie sich die unten stehende Übersicht sorgfältig durch.For our client, a cutting-edge company specialized in secure connectivity and communication technologies tailored to the requirements of the defence and aerospace industries, we are filling the following position:Deputy Lead Integration & Validation Engineer (w/m/d)YOUR TASKSTake ownership of the integration and testing of cutting-edge inflight connectivity solutionsDefine, execute, and document product and customer acceptance plans, including demonstrations to customers when requiredLead and mentor a team of experienced Integration & Validation (I&V) engineersContinuously extend and optimize the test and validation environment in line with solution evolution, with a focus on automation and seamless integration into software delivery processesPromote a data-driven, continuous improvement culture to enhance test and integration efficiencyCollaborate closely with customer test teams, system design, product management, and internal stakeholders including procurement, COO, and CTOEnsure a strong mindset of continuous improvement across integration and validation activitiesYOUR QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Satellite Communications, Telecommunications, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experienceHigh Experience in integration and testing of distributed software systems, preferably in aerospace or aviation & leading a teamIn-depth, hands-on expertise with open-source technologies, testing frameworks, and test automation toolsStrong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesCommercial awareness with a proven ability to align customer requirements with broader business objectivesExperience in project or team leadership preferredFluency in English (spoken and written) required; German language skills are an advantageBENEFITSOpportunity to work in an international, innovative, and rapidly growing environmentFlat hierarchies and short decision-making processes with direct impact on company successPersonal development opportunities, training budget, and career progression in a highly specialized industryRegular team events and international collaboration with partners worldwideModern work equipment and state-of-the-art test/lab environmentContribution to shaping the future of global aviation connectivityINTERESTED? xgcbozq Then we look forward to receiving your convincing application including salary requirements and earliest starting date via our online portal.
