As one of the top 10 family-owned companies in Germany, we employ around 16,400 employees in 40 countries.The following challenges await youAs an IT Consultant (m/f/d) Identity Management you are the first point of contact for colleagues and customers in this areaYou take ownership of identity management and the OMADA cloud system we use for itYou manage the implementation of new releases, functionalities and improvements in collaboration with the tool providerYou contribute to identity management projects, e.g. for adding new identity types or foster automationWithin daily operation you take care of issues and make sure that the system works effectivelyUsing the system’s monitoring capabilities, you take preventive actions to avoid issues for the usersThrough creative suggestions you improve the identity management processes and solutions in place in close cooperation with colleaguesYour profileCompleted studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a similar field or professional training in a comparable disciplineIdeally several years of experience in the area of identity and access managementWillingness to keep learning new technologiesAbility of analytical thinking and profound technical understandingHigh quality awareness, reliability and personal responsibility in your working methodsInnovative and dynamic team player with high flexibility and focus to find solutionsFluent business English, German beneficialWhat we offerAttractive compensation – strong basic salary in line with the collective agreement for the chemical industry, Annual one-time payments – (vacation bonus, Christmas bonus, future bonus), time off for retirement and extension of the statutory nursing care insurance to include supplementary nursing care insuranceAdditional financial benefits – promotion of private pension plans, life phase account for paid time off (e.g. sabbatical, earlier retirement), subsidy for local public transport, discounts in many (online) storesRegulated working hours – 37.5 hours per week, time off for overtime, retirement leave, 30 days annual leave, special leave for special occasionsHealth & well-being – company medical service with comprehensive preventive medical check-ups, sports offers, social counseling and in-house employee canteen with freshly prepared meals every dayCurious?
