The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing test and qualification activities, ensuring that all standards and requirements are met to deliver high-quality elevator systems. Key Responsibilities Coordination & Execution of Test & Qualification Activities for ElevatorsYou will be responsible for overseeing and conducting test and qualification activities for component as well as full elevator system tests within our Rottweil test tower. Use of measurement devices for noise, vibration, forces, energy consumption, etc. Definition & Execution of Test & Qualification RequirementsDevelop and implement test and qualification requirements, activities, and procedures that align with industry standards. Creation of Test & Qualification PlansCreate, standardize, and maintain comprehensive test and qualification plans to ensure consistency and quality. Collaboration with International TeamsWork closely with test and qualification engineers in other test centers and towers globally to share knowledge and best practices + Work in partnership with the R&D team Reporting and DocumentationCreate detailed reports and documentation to track progress and results of testing activities. Consult R&D teams with product improvements Qualification Educational BackgroundCompleted training with a specialization in Mechatronics, physics or Electrical Engineering, or a dual course of study. (apprenticeship + study) Industry KnowledgeSolid knowledge, skills, and experience with lift products are welcomed Technical ProficiencyVery good knowledge of MS Office, with a hands-on mentality and solution-oriented thinking. Deep understanding in measurement equipment especially in vibrations Knowledge in functional safety. Training & certificates are a plus Certified electrician is a plus Language SkillsExcellent command of English is required; proficiency in German is a plus. Motivation and Physical CapabilityHigh motivation and the ability to work at height are essential.
