Own and optimize medium to large SEA accounts, ensuring profitability, strong margin levels, and healthy account growth Maximize profitability and proactively communicate account performance based on traffic mix, bucket, and keyword quality Plan, execute, and continuously improve SEA campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads Maintain account hygiene and apply SEA best practices consistently Translate data into actionable insights and contribute to strategic SEA development Share learnings across the team and help build a knowledge-driven culture Identify growth opportunities and flag risks to inform broader business decisions Hands on experience managing and scaling SEA campaigns with a performance-driven mindset Data-driven outlook with strong analytical skills to turn campaign data into actionable insights Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, including practical skills with Google Ads Editor and Excel/Google Sheets Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1+) Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with other teams Open to feedback, self-aware, and eager to grow Creative problem solver with an eye for detail and a hands-on mentalityHome office setup: We'll set up your home office — you just need to choose your hardware, Mac or Windows.L&D budget: We provide you with a budget for your learning and development, along with regular feedback and a structured growth process.Regular online and offline team events: We love having fun together and growing as a team.
