In this role, you will work closely with other SAP experts (f/m/d) and local business teams to support and enhance SAP projects across multiple European countries. You will also contribute to shaping our SAP support functions, focusing on the Finance and Controlling modules within S/4HANA. To strengthen our team in Winnenden (Stuttgart area) as soon as possible, we are looking for a SAP Consultant (m/f/d) Finance and Controlling Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze finance process requirements Lead SAP FI/CO Fit-Gap workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions with key users (m/f/d) Translate business requirements into SAP solutions aligned with company procedures and templates Propose and implement standard-based, innovative SAP solutions that enhance efficiency Identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing system configurations Create functional documentation and provide process guidance to development teams Deliver key user training and develop clear, engaging finance process documentation Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Support finance data migration and local change management initiatives Work closely with other SAP expert teams to ensure system alignment across modules Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, promoting best-practice SAP usage Requirements: Proven experience in SAP FI/CO, including at least one full SAP lifecycle implementation (blueprint to go-live) Strong S/4HANA configuration experience, with expertise in FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Banking, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, CO-PA) Experience in SAP Product Costing (CO-PC) and implementation/rollout projects Experience with migration projects to S/4HANA Solid understanding of finance and controlling processes and integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM) Good command of English; additional European languages are a plus Willingness to travel internationally according to business needs Your perks: An interesting position with an attractive company – recognized as a “top employer” by kununu Company pension scheme Free parking spaces directly next to the office and good public transport connections Fresh fruit, water and hot beverages for free Company fitness via “EGYM Wellpass“ and bike leasing via “JobRad“ EAP (mental support for employees) Learning platforms such as “GoodHabitz“ and “Learn TTI“ for your professional development Special employee benefits via “Family & Friends“ and additional corporate benefits Are you interested?
