Umsetzung strategischer Vorgaben zur Erfüllung regulatorischer Anforderungen aus EUDORA und NIS 2.0 in den Fachbereichen (unter den Rahmenbedindungen der CANCOM SE) Entwicklung und Etablierung von Mindeststandards für Services, Service Design und Prozesse Definition von Leitplanken und Ordnungsrahmen für CMS als operative Umsetzung der Konzernvorgaben Ableitung und Steuerung von strategischen Vorgaben für Audit Readiness Auditbegleitung sowie Management der internen und externen Auditprozesse Führung und Weiterentwicklung der CMS, inkl. der Befähigung relevante Vorgaben bindend zu gestalten Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Group Security, Compliance, Delivery- und Prozessmanagement-Teams zur Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Governance-Struktur Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsrecht, IT-Sicherheit oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Governance, Compliance, Informationssicherheit oder Audit Management Erfahrung im Managed Services Umfeld oder bei IT-Dienstleistern von Vorteil Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Frameworks (z. B. ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, NIS 2.0, EUDORA) Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von regulatorischen Anforderungen (insbesondere NIS 2.0, EUDORA, ISO 27001, BSI Grundschutz) Starke strategische und analytische Fähigkeiten zur Ableitung und Umsetzung von Governance-Vorgaben Erfahrung in der Definition und Umsetzung von Standards in komplexen IT- und Service-Umgebungen Sicheres Auftreten in Audit- und Management-Situationen Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit Fach- und Führungsebenen Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung im Aufbau sowie in der Weiterentwicklung von Teams Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Mobile Office in Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten Rabatte dank dem Portal „Corporate Benefits“ Bike-Leasing Kostenlose Getränke & Obst Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Mitarbeiterevents
