We are looking for a Bonding Technician responsible for joining aerospace components using advanced bonding techniques, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with strict aerospace quality standards. This role is critical for maintaining the safety and performance of aircraft interiors and components.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble components for bonding operations
Apply adhesives and bonding agents accurately according to specifications
Operate bonding equipment and maintain proper curing processes
Inspect bonded assemblies for quality, strength, and compliance
Maintain clean and safe workstations following company and aerospace regulations
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in bonding, assembly, or composite work (aerospace experience preferred)
Understanding of adhesives, curing methods, and surface preparation techniques
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Ability to work flexible shifts if required
Good communication skills in English; German is an advantage
