Overview:
We're seeking a Project Engineer with proven Oil & Gas sector experience to lead on-site construction activities for a major industrial project in Northern Germany. You'll ensure contractors execute tasks safely, efficiently, and in line with project objectives, while driving HSSE excellence and optimizing site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all site-based construction activities
Champion safety culture and compliance
Manage contractor performance and coordination
Support project planning and execution methodology
Oversee permitting, readiness, and technical interfaces
Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencyRequired Experience:
10-15 years in EPC construction supervision with a minimum of 5 years in Oil & Gas
Accredited trades qualification or engineering degree
Strong HSSE knowledge and leadership skills
