**Your day at NTT DATA**

Als Teil des Support und Managed Services Bereich besteht die Hauptverantwortung des Client Delivery Specialist darin, den Support bei Service Renewals und den Lifecycle der Services für zugeordnete Kunden sicherzustellen. Der Client Delivery Specialist unterstützt bei der Steuerung beteiligter Stakeholder und begleitet die Aktivitäten mit dem Kunden, um das Service Renewal und die Kundenbindung zu sichern. Dem Client Delivery Specialist werden dabei dedizierte Kunden zugeordnet. Die Mitarbeiter in dieser Position agieren und arbeiten mit mehreren internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen.

**What you'll be doing**

**Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Unterstützung des Vertriebes und des Kunden bei der Vorbereitung von Angeboten für Verlängerungen von Support-/Managed-Service-Verträgen sowie deren Umsetzung
- Validierung, Bereitstellung, Überarbeitung von Assetlisten für Kunden, Sales und Renewal Manager
- Unterstützung bei der Validierung von Lifecycle-Daten
- Stellt Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen zur Verkürzung interner Durchlaufzeiten sicher.
- Intensive Nutzung von Excel und benötigter interner und externer Tools
- Vorprüfung von Angebotsanfragen für Vertragsverlängerungen auf Vollständigkeit und Datenqualität
- Enge Abstimmung mit anderen internen Abteilungen (Sales, Services, Operations, Einkauf) sowie mit Fachbereichen der Kunden
- Unterstützung bei der Arbeit mit Herstellerprogrammen
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse, Tools und Methodiken

**Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen**:

- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Fähigkeit mit einer Vielzahl von Teams zusammenzuarbeiten
- Kundenorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Zahlen, komplexe Datensätze und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Strukturiertes Vorgehen verbunden mit einer sehr sorgfältigen und genauen Arbeitsweise sowie Termintreue
- Fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
