** Your seat to fill**:
- You support the HR Business Partner team in the day-to-day HR business along the entire employee lifecycle.
- You participate in the organization of the onboarding process.
- You prepare evaluations and presentation documents.
- You support the preparation of certificates, references, and other documents.
- You support various HR projects.
- You maintain personnel files and master data.
- You participate in the improvement of existing HR processes.

- You are enrolled in bachelor or master studies of business administration or a comparable field.
- You communicate effectively and have profound written and oral communication skills in English and German.
- You are strong in analytical thinking and highly organized.
- You have an outgoing and proactive personality.
- You are proficient with MS Office.
- You work at our office in Bayreuth.
