Junior Marketing Specialist

**Purpose of your Job**:
Our Business Development Unit is looking for a new colleague, who wants to be part of our Sales and Marketing team in Martinsried close to Munich or from remote. We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Specialist who supports our Scientific Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of marketing strategies that elevate our brand, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

As a Marketing Specialist at Coriolis Pharma you will support the team in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to promote our services, strengthen our market presence, and drive lead generation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in creating convincing marketing material and content as well as in digital marketing to effectively communicate the value proposition of our organization and engage key stakeholders within the biopharmaceutical industry.

**Your Responsibility**:

- Support the development of a content strategy to optimally address the needs and interests of our target groups (Pharma/Biotech)Create compelling marketing collateral and content, including sales material, brochures, mailings, ads and more
- Support brand awareness and lead generation campaigns
- Plan and organize industry conferences and science-driven webinars.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate and manage external agencies and service providers

**What you need to succeed**:

- Professional Training or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably within the CRO/CDMO, biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and the ability to convey complex scientific content clearly and comprehensibly.
- Strong affinity for scientific topics
- Proficiency in content management (e.g. WordPress), social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot) and creative tools (e.g, Adobe XPress) is a plus.
