**Internship Context**:
This internship is ideal for someone interested in **market research, internal communication, and onboarding processes**. The project focuses on helping new employees better understand the **German market** and how Legrand Care operates within it. You will explore the structure of the German team, analyze customer profiles, and document internal and external communication practices to create a clear and helpful onboarding guide.

**Project Objective**:

- Understand the structure and mission of Legrand Care Germany
- Analyze the German sales team’s organization and workflows
- Identify key customer segments and their needs
- Highlight the importance of communication within the German team
- Create a practical onboarding guide for new colleagues

**Key Deliverables**:
**Week 1**:

- Learn about Legrand Care and its presence in Germany
- Understand the company’s mission, structure, and key stakeholders

- Dive into the German sales team’s organization and responsibilities
- Document how sales processes are structured and executed
