**Die Stelle**:
Werden Sie Teil unseres erfolgreichen Teams in der Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica GmbH und übernehmen Sie die herausfordernde Stelle als Head of Shopper & (e)Retail Germany. In dieser spannenden Rolle stellen Sie mit Ihrer Expertise die starke Entwicklung der Vertriebskanäle sicher (E-Retail, stationäre Apotheke, pharmazeutischer Großhandel und Weitere).

Sie führen und entwickeln ein cross-funktional arbeitendes Vertriebs-Team in einem dynamischen Marktumfeld.

**Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten**:

- In Ihrer neuen Rolle treiben Sie das Wachstum unseres Portfolios mit einem hohen Fokus auf Antiparasitika im Segment Pet in den relevanten Kanälen voran.
- Weiterhin stellen Sie die organisatorische Exzellenz durch Führung eines spezialisierten Vertriebs-Teams sicher.
- Außerdem entwickeln Sie erfolgreiche Partnerschaften mit unseren Strategischen und Key Accounts weiter.
- Sie Identifizieren und realisieren Opportunitäten der Category und Portfolio Extension.
- Zusätzlich zu diesen Verantwortlichkeiten stellen Sie die erfolgreiche cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Stakeholdern unter anderem in den Bereichen Marketing, Managed Accounts, Customer Excellence und globalen Funktionen sicher.

**Anforderungen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Business, Economics oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im E-Retail / E-Commerce in einem global operierenden Unternehmen in den Bereichen OTC / FMCG mit etabliertem Netzwerk im deutschen (Versand-) Apothekengeschäft
- Mehrjährige und nachgewiesen erfolgreiche Tätigkeit im Bereich Sales mindestens in den Kanälen E-Retail und stationäre Apotheke
- Erfahrung im erfolgreichen Launch neuer Produkte in den relevanten Kanälen sowie des Aufbaues neuer Vertriebskanäle
- Nachgewiesene Führungs
- und Projektmanagement-Erfahrung sowie starke kommunikative und analytische Kompetenz
- Fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
