As a Specialist for Procurement Mobility Services you ensure the functionality of the local business travel-related travel management processes assigned to you. This means that you are responsible that the process is technically correct and that all legal and operational requirements are covered. You use the deployed tools as efficiently as possible. This position is part time and limited for 24 months.

You always maintain an overview and recognize exactly where your support is needed. You manage to maintain a trusting working relationship with the team. In doing so, you succeed not only in reliably completing current tasks, but also in recognizing future requirements at an early stage - and then taking the initiative to proactively deal with them. In doing so, you show the highest level of commitment at all times and take responsibility for your tasks.

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

- A degree in **Business Administration **or similar with focus on **Tourism/ Finance/ Human Resources**:

- Ideally **first professional experience **, graduates are welcome
- **First experience in process design, monitoring and optimization**:

- **Good in **analyze and evaluate data**:

- **Knowledge of travel management systems **(e.g. Concur) / **accounting basics**:

- **Excellent knowledge of German and English **combined with **outstanding communication skills**
