What's the role?:
As a **Employment Law & **Labor Relations **Working student**, you will be part of our global Employment Law & Labor Relations Team working closely with the Labor Relations Specialist as well as the business stakeholder and works councils. You will learn that Employment Law and Labor Relations work is very diverse and exciting It gives you a great inside of the current and future activities of a global technology company. No day is like the other and we will give you the opportunity to actively work on and learn from a variety of business and Employment Law/Labor Relations topics in an international surrounding

Thus, it is a unique opportunity to step into the field of Employment Law and Labor Relations in a fast-paced technology environment. Come join our Employment Law & Labor Relations team We are looking forward to welcoming you very soon We expect to have you as part of our team for at least six months taking the following tasks:

- Serve as point of contact for incoming labor relation queries/matters
- Respond to works council requests for information (in close alignment with the LR Specialist)
- Work closely with our other Legal colleagues, HR and the business stakeholders managing the required information and consultation processes in Germany often related to the following topics: surveys, IT tool implementation, company policies, trainings.
- Managing the information or approval process with the German Works Councils
- Support the consultation of complex projects in cooperation with the (Labor Relations Specialist.
- Coordinate meetings and manage Labor Relations calendar
- Conduct Labor Relations Project Tracking
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the Labor Relations function (e.g., training and information sessions)

Who are you?:
**Qualifications**:

- You are enrolled in an University and study preferably Law, Human Resources/Business Administration/Organizational Psychology or similar.
- You are interested in Labor Relations, a strong team player who enjoys a fast paced, evolving international environment.
- You would like to gain experience in working with Works Councils in Germany and people from different backgrounds all over the globe.

Moreover, you have...
- Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to build long term relationships and put effort in earning trust
- Structured way of working, with a rigorous and detailed oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively in a global network and build the necessary rapport and relationships to be successful and to learn fast
- Experienced in MS Office

**What we offer**:
It is a 20hrs/week contract for 6 months for working student or for 40 hours/ week for an Internship (only if it is mandatory).
