**Deine **Aufgaben****:

- Führen eines Teams nach qualitativen und quantitativen Projektvorgaben
- Führen von regelmäßigen Gesprächen mit MItarbeitenden zu allgemeinen, fachlichen und disziplinarischen Angelegenheiten
- Monitoring, Screening und Coaching der Mitarbeitenden
- Mitarbeit und Optimierung innerhalb des Projektes mit Optimierung der Produktivität und Rentabilität
- Schnittstelle zwischen Auftraggeber, Führungskräften und Teammitgliedern

**So bist **Du****:

- Erfahrung in der Teamführung, idealerweise im Customer Service Bereich
- Kommunikationsprofi im Umgang mit Auftraggebern und Teammitgliedern
- gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- selbstständige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
