About the Team Be part of the DACH medium enterprise sales leadership team, crafting the future of Workday in one of our most significant growth markets globally This team of hardworking, creative and passionate professionals is guiding new customers on a journey that can see them leave the limitations of legacy platforms behind and move forward with a new class of enterprise management cloud. About the Role Responsibilities: - You will lead passionate, enthusiastic and successful sales specialists, who want to be part of one of the most ground-breaking cloud companies on the planet- You will actively mentor, support, and lead a sales team around account coverage, territory management, demand generation and opportunity execution- Your team will focus on generating net new revenue into prospects, through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support.- You will implement value-selling processes alongside building up the knowledge of Workday’s products and portfolio- You will drive the Workday Culture and cross-group teamwork About You Key Qualifications: - 5+ years experience leading high performing new business sales teams in the German mid-market - Demonstrated ability in sales leadership and successful track record on new logo acquisition, preferably experience in ERP or other enterprise business solutions or platform sales. - True passion for coaching and delivering results through others in a team selling environment - Ability to identify sales strategies to continue to grow revenue across the financial and professional services industry in Germany - Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with successful revenue attainment - Ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English Other Qualifications- - Proven as a self-starter, fast-learner, and agent of change - Passion to act as a playing coach, working closely with delivering results through your team of Account Executives - Proficiency across a variety of selling methodologies, with existing track record of coaching or teaching these skills - High level of accountability in a fast growing environment Our offer- - Competitive remuneration, restricted stock units & an ESPP - Health insurance for employees and their partners, pension plan & more - Flexible working hours and work from home option - A powerful product, named as a leader by Gartner for Cloud HCM Suites, Cloud Core Financial Management Suites and Cloud Financial Planning and Analysis - Structured employee onboarding & Workday sales academy to ensure a quick and successful ramp up - Team events, employee assistance program, perks/discounts offerings, free fresh fruit & snacks in our office locations and more More insights on our benefitsOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
