KGaA**, we are looking for a dedicated **Team Lead Seed Preparation (M/F/d)**. In this role, you will take responsibility for a strong team and help shape the future of seed logistics together with us - close to practice, close to people. This exciting and responsible position is **full-time**, **permanent**, and available as soon as possible **Your Tasks - Challenge Meets Responsibility**: - Together with your team of approximately 20 employees, you ensure high quality in the equipment and sowing preparation processes of our seeds across various crop types - In addition to the disciplinary leadership of your team, you support them in day-to-day operations with your expertise and experience in the above-mentioned areas - You provide your team with the necessary resources (staff, machinery, materials) - With flat hierarchies, technical know-how, and a strong spirit of innovation, you encourage your team to continuously improve processes and tools. In doing so, you work closely with stakeholders from R&D and the Business Unit - You collaborate closely with the leadership team of the Elite Seed Warehouse to act as one leadership unit, allocate resources optimally, and leverage synergies **Your Profile - Competence Meets Personality**: - You have several years of professional experience in an industrial company, ideally in logistics or a "blue collar" environment.
