Deine Aufgaben:

- Du übernimmst die technische Leitung für den Anwendungsbetrieb der Systemlandschaft der Data-Abteilung und für einzelne Anwendungen die komplette Verantwortung.
- Zusammen mit dem Head of Data, dem CTO und anderen Fachabteilungen entwickelst du wirksame Strategien für die sichere Umsetzung der Datenstrategie.
- Du erstellst Konzepte, um die Performance der Dateninfrastruktur zu optimieren und die Verarbeitung massiver Datenmengen reibungsfrei umzusetzen.
- Dabei arbeitest du mit Software-Entwickler:innen, Kolleg:innen aus den Bereichen Systemadministration, Data Product, Data Management, IT-Sicherheit und den Fachbereichen zusammen.
- Du bist ins Change Management und Incident Management eingebunden.
- Du pflegst die Systemdokumentation, erstellst Konzepte und Richtlinien.

Dein Profil:

- Erfahrung mit der Konzeption und Administration von Datenbanken und der Systemintegration mit verteilten Systemen.
- Fließend in SQL.
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Client-Server Windows und Linux.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Vollzeitberufserfahrung in Festanstellung als Systemadministratorin, Systemadministrator oder in der Systemintegration.
- Insgesamt mindestens 6 Jahre Vollzeitberufserfahrung in der IT.
- Gute Kenntnisse von Datenbankservern, sowie Erfahrung mit einigen der folgenden Technologien: Jenkins, PostgreSQL, Nexus, Exasol, Airflow, Bitbucket, Ansible.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Erfahrung mit interdisziplinären Teams, Genauigkeit, agile Methoden.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
