You will work in the Procurement Business Ethics and Ethics & Compliance Programme and actively contribute by supporting and advising on Ethics & Compliance matters, projects, initiatives, awareness sessions and training. This includes:

- Giving guidance in all questions around Ethics & Compliance (E&C) in Procurement
- Supporting the ECR community in Procurement Support and leading the identification and resolution of E&C matters in Airbus Procurement
- Interacting with the legal teams in Airbus
- Supporting the legal team investigations in Procurement related to open line alerts
- Supporting E&C relevant audits as well as leading or supporting action follow-up on audit findings and recommendations
- Leading and giving support for awareness sessions, trainings and workshops on all E&C related matters (ALL P)
- Supporting the implementation and fulfilment of compliance controls in Procurement
- Supporting or leading projects to further implement E&C targets in Procurement

Your qualifications:

- Completed studies in the field of law, business law or a comparable qualification
- Work experience in procurement and law
- Basic knowledge of change management
- Airbus experience an advantage
- IT affinity desirable
- Experience in compliance an advantage
- Knowledge of Code of Conduct an advantage
- Business fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels and maintain business relationships
- Talent for adaptation and improvisation to successfully deal with changing working conditions and tasks
- The ability to integrate into an international team
