**Location**: Frankfurt, Germany

We are recruiting working students (part time / 20 hrs week) to support our legal documentation and transaction management team within our Structured Products department at Delta Capita in Frankfurt. Our team provides legal documentation drafting, issuance and life cycle support to cross-asset structured products businesses at a range of tier one Investment Banks.

An integral part of the job involves working closely alongside internal departments and on client side with front office and support departments. The job will cover a range of Transaction Management related functions and regulatory required documentation tasks.

**Essential**:
You must be fluent in German and English and should be highly interested in Structured Products and the requirements of such issuance in the German and international market.

We are looking to recruit a motivated team member with a strong will to learn and gain first experience in the Structured Products business.

**You will have the following responsibilities**:

- Provide new issuance support and transaction support to the Structured Products business;
- Arrange for products to be set up on German vendor systems;
- Draft and review legal documentation (Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Summaries and ancillary documentation) for structured product transactions under both English law and German law programmes;
- Manage a pipeline queue of transactions to strict deadlines;
- Initiate process improvements and leverage technology for document and workflow automation.
- Interest in the financial service industry for securities and structured products;
- Highly organized and extremely detail oriented;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to prioritise workflow in order to meet deadlines;
- A strong work ethic;
- MS Office skills to a high standard;
- Ability to take on and manage a variety of different tasks and drive continuous improvements.
