Your role

As an Unreal Programmer (f/m/d) at Chimera Entertainment, you will create high-quality, visually appealing games within an experienced, international and flexible team of about 80 people. As a successful and ambitious company with a sustainable and transparent leadership style, all of our employees work with dedication and a team-first attitude. Working on state-of-the-art projects with high-profile partners will be your opportunity to grow and expand your knowledge within the games industry in a professional and friendly atmosphere.

**Profile**:

- You have at least 2 years of experience working as an Unreal Developer in game development
- You have excellent knowledge of:

- Frontend development with Unreal Engine 4/5
- Programming in C++
- Software architecture
- You have the ability to work self-directed and reliably
- You have excellent communication skills within small team structures (German/English)
- You are highly motivated, flexible and a team player

**Nice to have**:

- Network programming
- Low-level knowledge (e.g. sockets, protocols, etc.)
- High-level middleware (e.g. Photon, Smartfox, etc.)
- Team leading and leadership skills
- You are an example for the team
- You thrive for good quality code and features
- You are a positive voice in finding solutions
