Housekeeper-cleaning Staff for Co-living Apartments

The Housekeeper position is responsible for cleaning occupied and vacant rooms and apartments as well as the communal areas of the Village M complex. Ability to work some weekends preferred (if the 1st day of the month falls on a weekend). Ability to move to other complexes within the city.
**Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following**:
- Cleans bathrooms including tubs, showers, commodes, and mirrors.- Cleans kitchen including stoves, ovens, refrigerators, sweep floor, range hood, counter tops.- Cleaning common areas such as building staircases, laundry, gym, co-working and office.- Vacuums and dusts apartments and common areas.- Removes dirty bed linens.- Removes debris from balconies and patios.- Observes precautions required to protect property and reports damage, theft, and found articles to the Supervisor.- Performs other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- No previous experience required- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and practices- Ability to understand and speak russian preferred- Ability to consistently and reliably meet work schedule expectations- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail
