This is your opportunity to influence key strategic projects in the education industry, work collaboratively across departments, and contribute to innovative legal solutions that support our mission. **Your Role in Our Journey**: - Refine our Go-To-Market approach by optimizing contract flows across different legal entities and countries - Define the legal situation of GoStudent as a marketplace, by drafting customer and tutor T&Cs - Ensure commercial success as well as compliance with connected legal frameworks like data protection or consumer protection - Negotiate all sorts of contracts, always with an emphasis on commercial success - Liaise with external law firms on specialized matters - Partner with internal stakeholders to provide legal advice on strategic projects across diverse jurisdictions. **Your Impact**: - Hold a law degree from a reputable university; a bar exam is an advantage. - Bring 3-5 years of professional experience from a reputable law firm or as an in-house legal counsel. - Possess expertise in commercial law and thrive in an international, fast-moving environment.
