We’re looking for a **highly motivated Working Student**to support our finance team and contribute to exciting projects that drive VARM's success. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, sharpen your financial skills, and work alongside a passionate team in a fast-growing climate-tech startup
- ** Be a key player** in our finance department, assisting with accounts receivable & expense management
- ** Help streamline & automate** financial processes to improve efficiency
- ** Support in defining & implementing**reports and financial standards
- ** Work closely with the team** on various projects and ad-hoc tasks, gaining valuable insights into real-world finance operations
- ** Communicate directly** with vendors and colleagues to manage invoice-related tasks

**Dein Profil**:
**You’re a student based in Berlin**, currently enrolled in a **Bachelor’s or Master’s program** (Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a similar field) at a **university accredited in Germany** and can provide an **Immatrikulation confirmation**You’re self-motivated, proactive, and independent**—but you also thrive in a team environment and enjoy collaborating with others-
**You have a good understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles**, and you’re eager to deepen your knowledge with real-world experience**You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English**. German is a plus, but not required
