**Company Description**
The Physician will utilize expertise to mitigate and treat injuries and illnesses to ensure proper injury care and disease diagnosis, treatment, and recovery, request necessary tests and follow-up visits and refer patients to specialists as necessary. The Physician works as a part of our multi-disciplined medical team to treat acute and chronic conditions, evaluate symptoms, offer preventative care, and advise patients when they will be referred to a specialist as their condition requires. **Qualifications**
- Provide urgent and emergency care within the scope and scale of a normative practice in the United States (within the capabilities of the ROB Role 2 program).
- Provide routine care for chronic health conditions.
- Perform medical examinations to establish a health status baseline.
- Examine and diagnose patients for illness and injury.
- Prescribe and administer medication, treatment, and therapy.
- Liaise with other medical staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Formulate a treatment plan to manage presenting conditions.
- Order, perform, interpret test results, and analyze records and reports.
- Evaluate, perform minor procedures, and manage primary care patients.
- Provision of clinical reporting into International SOS Clinical Quality Team
- Coordinate medical referrals, coordinate transfers, monitor and arrange final disposition.
- Telephonic on call requirements as part of a rotation, if required, supporting APP activities
- Support clinical mentoring for staff development.
- Ensure best practices in line with Intl.SOS clinical guidelines and SOPs.
- Participation in meetings and medical committees as deemed necessary by the CMO.
- Assist and participate in MASCAL drills and actual events.
- Provide advice and commentary as to the improved performance of medical activities within the ROB Role 2 program.
- Perform full physical and mental assessment of clients based on the CDC Technical instructions, as required
- Determine the status of conditions influencing the client’s health and recommend measures for health maintenance or improvement for immigration to the US, as required
**Experience Required**:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Physician.
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice.
- Remote site experience preferred
**Education Required**:
- Current and unrestricted license from any US State
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Current Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
- Current Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification preferred
- DEA License
**Other Special Qualifications**:
- On call requirements as part of a rotation if required.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English to effectively communicate.
- Must be able to relocate to Germany.
- A valid US passport is required and must be in your possession prior to relocation. You must maintain a current passport during your stay in Germany.

Compensation | Min: $267,300 Max: $383,875
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
