Are you excited about the opportunity to lead a team of high performers and define clear short**About the Department**The Position**- Your other responsibilities include:
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives regarding recruitment strategies and processes in collaboration with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and meeting defined recruitment goals.
- Providing regular status updates on progress and activities to key stakeholders.
- Representing Novo Nordisk in the field of talent acquisition both internally and externally.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
- Comprehensive experience of at least 5 years in talent acquisition
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct team management and competence in stakeholder management (experience of managing stakeholders at the director, VP, or executive levels a strong plus)
- In addition to fundamental experience, knowledge of various markets, previous collaboration with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPOs), experience in employer branding, People & Culture, and talent sourcing is advantageous
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry would be a plus
- Fluent language skills in German and English
