**YOUR TASKS**

**The main mission of the GE Legal Counsel**:
Electronics Legal Counsel will be responsible for supporting the main transactional matters, as well as the litigations related to Electronics globally, under the supervision of the EVP Legal and in close cooperation with all stakeholders of the Hella and FORVIA legal community. Beyond this mission, the Legal Counsel will promote an awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical principles consistent with the laws, regulations and Hella Procedures, through its participation to management meetings as well as trainings in Germany and potential in other sites.
- Review, analysis and drafting of contracts and various legal documents
- Drafting of internal legal memos and providing high-level legal advises to first-line manager
- Supporting action items and drafting legal documents for M&A and joint ventures
- Recruitment and supervision of the external legal advisors
- Interaction with other members of the Hella and Forvia Group WW legal organization

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Master’s degree in law, potential German qualification (First or Second Staatsexam)
- Minimum of 8 experience, with a strong focus on contractual and transactional matters, ideally in the manufacturing industry and in an International Law Firm
- Strong oral and written communication skills both in English and German
- Good skills for the Pack Office and legal research sites
- Good editorial skills, synthesis and rigor
- Strong leadership skills
- Dynamism and responsiveness
- Curiosity combined with solution orientation & pragmatism
